Echowaves sucessfully install

After two hours try-and-error, I successfully set up Echowaves.
It's a setup tasks. What do I do next?
+ Authlogic
+ OAuth
+ Sphinx
+ Workling and Starling
+ thinking-sphinx ( Sphinx easily in Rails)
+ rake tasks
